The content spiral ends here
First impressions count.
And on social media you are making thousands of first impressions every time you post.
Last week we shared an activity designed to help you narrow your focus without boxing you in - so you can build a strong brand and make it easier to decide what to post (and what to skip).
That was all about clarity.
Now it’s time for what comes next: execution.
But that’s the hardest part, right?
Because how do you show up consistently without losing quality?
One minute you’re hearing “post 3 times a day if you want to grow.”
The next minute you’re hearing “post less, but make it count.”
And this is where most creators start to spiral, because they're stuck asking themselves…
Do I pump out a high volume of content?
OR
Do I post less and spend more time on every video?
Both ends of the spectrum can be harmful if you lean too far one way.
A creator that doesn’t post enough can’t build momentum or be seen… which is the whole point of posting on social media.
But on the other hand, a creator who posts a lot of rubbish can damage their brand so much that people scroll before they even hear what they have to say.
In 2026, you have to learn how to balance both.
It’s not Quality Vs. Quantity.
It’s Quality AND Quantity.

The truth is, a creator who posts 60 times a month will learn faster than a creator that posts 20 times a month.
Compound that over 1 year (or 3 years) and the creator who posts more is far more likely to win.
If you want to increase your chances of aligning with opportunity - you need to increase your volume of posts.
But here is the caveat.
The posts have to be good.
No shit-posting!!
A shit post is a throwaway post that doesn’t add any value to your brand.
Some creators think it’s better to post something rather than nothing at all.
But they are forgetting about something very important.
