Stop Reacting, Start Building.
Last week we shared why 2026 is a tipping point for creators and why 'winging it' no longer works.
Today, Alessia & I want to go deeper with you and share how we think about building our platform and brand as high profile creators.
The key lesson to remember here is:
Growth doesn't come from doing more.
It comes from doing the right things, consistently.
Most creators waste their time listening to the wrong advice or get stuck in their own head about the next move.
You know you're in that place when you feel the pull to chase trends, follow algorithm shifts, and feel the pressure to constantly switch direction.
That kind of growth might work for the short-term, but it’s reactive and exhausting.
Sustainable growth looks composed.
It’s built by:
📅 Working through the year intentionally, playing to your unique strengths
Example: making a 30 day plan and following it each month.
🔋 Creating systems that reduce burnout and second-guessing
Example: implementing 'low effort' content strategies when you are lacking time.
🧠 Shifting your mindset to approach socials like a business, not a hobby
Example: investing in education or equipment to support your success
🏆 Recognising your little wins & celebrating them to build confidence
Example: joining a community of creators that is supportive of your goals
🧡 Creating content that both inspires you and performs well
Example: dropping the expectation to go viral all the time appreciating the community that is already showing up for you in each post.
This is why we direct our energy to building a strong brand that evolves with us over time, rather than re-inventing ourself every time a new 'algorithm hack' surfaces.
In this game, consistency = trust.
So make sure you are showing up in a way that would make a good impression, not a bad one.
So if you’re building seriously this year, here’s a simple exercise we recommend:
